Questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. It covers income and expense entry and reports for one user, with no time limit.
How do I pay?
Pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer, then type the transaction ID on your Subscription page. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is checked, and a money receipt appears in your account.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price includes VAT and all applicable taxes.
What happens if I do not renew?
You are reminded a week before the end date and can keep working normally for seven more days. After that the account becomes read-only: you can still view, print and download everything.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. Every report prints or saves to PDF at any time, and on the paid plans reports, statements and registers also download to Excel.
Are the Mushak forms official?
They follow the VAT and Supplementary Duty Rules, 2016, as amended. Always check the figures against IVAS before you file.
Is my data safe?
Every connection is encrypted, each company sees only its own data, and the whole database is backed up every day.
Can my staff and accountant use it?
Yes, on the paid plans. Create roles with just the permissions each person needs.
